At Court IQ Training Academy, we are building more than basketball programs — we are building opportunities for people who are passionate about youth development, sport, and community impact. As an early-stage organization, Court IQ is committed to working with students, interns, and emerging professionals who want hands-on experience in a growing sports and training environment. Our team members play an active role in shaping programs, operations, and community partnerships from the ground up.
Internships & Student Opportunities
Court IQ regularly engages interns to support areas such as:
- Program development and operations
- Sports technology and performance tracking
- Research and community outreach
- Marketing, communications, and administration
Internships are designed to be educational, meaningful, and supervised, with clear learning objectives and real-world responsibilities. Where applicable, roles may qualify for co-op, internship, or experiential learning credit, subject to institutional approval. Canada Summer Jobs
Court IQ Training Academy is committed to creating meaningful employment and learning opportunities for young people through sport, community engagement, and program development. While we did not participate in the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) program for the 2026 season, we are actively planning to apply for Canada Summer Jobs funding in 2027 as part of our continued growth and commitment to youth employment.
Through future CSJ-supported roles, Court IQ aims to provide students and young workers with hands-on experience in areas such as:
- Youth program operations
- Coaching and training support
- Sports technology and data-informed development
- Community outreach and administration
Our goal is to offer structured, supervised roles that support skill development, career exploration, and positive contributions to the community. Information about Canada Summer Jobs-supported positions will be posted on this page once funding decisions are announced.
Coaching & Program Roles (Future Opportunities)
As Court IQ grows, we anticipate offering paid opportunities in areas such as:
- Youth basketball coaching
- Program leadership and training support
- Community partnership coordination
